OUR PROCESS & WHAT TO EXPECT
When we finish a basement, we gut the space, waterproof the walls and relocate plumbing and electrical where your new layout needs it. Then we fully frame out the new design, board and plaster, and finish with flooring, trim carpentry and paint. For home additions, we handle everything from excavation and concrete forms through structural framing and complete interior and exterior finish work. Additions require plans before we can give an estimate, along with a small consultation fee that comes off your total if you hire us. Flooring options include custom tile, hardwood and luxury vinyl plank. We pull every permit, and payment is split into thirds: up front, at the midpoint and on completion.

From the excavation on an addition to the final coat of paint in a finished basement, one crew handles every phase of the work. Before we start, we put up dust barriers, floor protection and drop cloths to protect the rest of your home, and we clean up at the end of every day. If we find something unexpected during the job, you hear about it as soon as we do, and we talk through the cost with you before moving forward. Joseph and Jared Rossi are on site doing the work with the crew, and after more than 40 years of growing by word of mouth across Rhode Island, we treat your home like our own.
