OUR PROCESS & WHAT TO EXPECT
Most of the water damage we handle comes from roof leaks, burst pipes and poor outside drainage. Call or text us Monday through Saturday, and we can be out within 24 hours to make emergency repairs and seal off the problem until your insurance company arrives. First we stop the water at its source, with a temporary roof patch or by capping a broken pipe or shutting off the water supply. Then we extract the water, using sump pumps where there’s standing water, and run industrial dehumidifiers and fans. Any wet building material is cut out and disposed of so the area can dry completely. Once it’s dry, we assess the damage and put together a plan to restore everything to the way it was. We provide mold remediation and treatment, and we work directly with insurance companies.

WHY HOMEOWNERS TRUST ROSSI WITH WATER REMEDIATION
We own our own remediation equipment, so our hourly and daily rates are significantly lower than companies that only work insurance claims. We also handle the whole job ourselves, from stopping the leak and drying out the space to the repairs that put your home back the way it was, so you’re not passing the job between separate companies. We deal directly with your insurance company. Joseph and Jared Rossi are on site doing the work with the crew, and after more than 40 years of growing by word of mouth across Rhode Island, we treat your home like our own.
