J&D Restoration is the commercial division of Rossi Construction. We give property managers a single point of contact for commercial property repairs, exterior envelope work, renovations and building improvements, from targeted repairs to complete construction. Our clients include condominium and apartment complexes, both privately and corporately owned, along with government-funded sites, restaurants and storefronts.
For apartment properties, we handle turnovers, repairs from wear and tear or damage, and compliance work for sites that are audited regularly. Our work covers roofing, siding, windows and fire-rated doors, interior and exterior painting with lift access for mills and multi-story buildings, kitchen and bathroom renovations, flooring and tile, additions, and water remediation and drainage. We carry a $2 million commercial umbrella policy, and certificates of insurance are available on request.

WHY PROPERTY MANAGERS TRUST J&D RESTORATION
One of our biggest jobs was removing and replacing the soffits on the eighth floor of Grace Apartments in downtown Providence. We operated a 150-foot boom lift on the streets of Providence and extended it over the building’s rear courtyard to reach the work. That’s the kind of job we take on, and we bring the same crew to a single apartment turnover. Property managers get one point of contact for everything from targeted repairs to complete construction, across condo complexes in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, high-rises in Providence and mill apartments in Fall River and New Bedford.
