OUR PROCESS & WHAT TO EXPECT
We handle full bathroom remodels the same way we handle our kitchens. We take the room down to the studs, relocate plumbing and electrical where your new layout needs it or where code requires an upgrade, using our licensed subcontractors, and rebuild with new insulation, blue board and plaster before the finish work goes in.
Not every bathroom needs a full remodel, so we also do smaller updates like new flooring, shower redos in tile or fiberglass, and vanity and counter replacements. Smaller updates start around $10,000, and full remodels are priced based on scope. Most full remodels take 4 to 6 weeks. If it’s your only bathroom, we prioritize the work so you can use it again as soon as possible. We pull every permit, and payment is split into thirds: up front, at the midpoint and on completion.

Before we start, we put up dust barriers, floor protection and drop cloths to protect the rest of your home, and we clean up at the end of every day. If we find something unexpected during the job, you hear about it as soon as we do, and we talk through the cost with you before moving forward.
