OUR PROCESS & WHAT TO EXPECT
Our exterior work covers every part of your home’s outside. We do complete roof replacements, leak detection and repair, snow removal and ice dam prevention, with roofing materials carrying manufacturer warranties of 20 to 30 years depending on the product. We install cedar shakes, clapboard, Hardie board, tongue-and-groove, vinyl and cedar-impression siding, along with new construction and replacement windows from brands including Andersen, Pella and Harvey.
We build decks from the footings up in pressure-treated wood or composite like Trex and Azek, designed with you and permitted with your town. Every exterior paint job starts with full prep and finishes with Benjamin Moore or Sherwin-Williams paint. We also handle insurance work on the entire structure, from the roof to the foundation. We pull every permit, and payment is split into thirds: up front, at the midpoint and on completion.

If we find something unexpected during the job, you hear about it as soon as we do, and we talk through the cost with you before moving forward.
