OUR PROCESS & WHAT TO EXPECT
Every full kitchen remodel starts by taking the room down to the studs. From there we relocate plumbing and electrical where your new layout needs it or where code requires an upgrade, using our licensed subcontractors, and rebuild with new insulation, blue board and plaster.
We introduce you to several cabinet suppliers and their design teams, so you can compare materials and pricing and choose what fits your budget. Pricing depends on the full scope, and a basic kitchen redo starts around $30,000. Most kitchens take 4 to 6 weeks, and ordering cabinets before we start shortens the timeline. We pull every permit, and payment is split into thirds: up front, at the midpoint and on completion.

Before work starts, we put up dust barriers, floor protection and drop cloths to protect everything outside the work area, and we clean up at the end of every day.
